Sessions are held through a secure, encrypted, HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PCI compliant platform. Clinical records are stored securely and are only accessible to Elizabeth Boom, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (see “Limits to Confidentiality” below).

General website and business information is handled in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

While reasonable steps are taken to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Storage and Transfer of Data

Some third-party tools used to operate this website and deliver online sessions (such as scheduling, email, and video platforms) may store or process data on servers located outside of Canada.
